Philip Edward Glienke, 53, of Wappingers Falls, died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Tuesday July 31, 2007.
He was employed by IBM for 33 years. Phil is survived by his wife, Sue and his sons, Michael and Matthew, both at home. He is also survived by his mother, June of Milwaukee, WI; his brother, Paul and his wife, Kristin of Plover, WI and his sister, Joyce Marlier and her husband, John of San Luis Obispo, CA as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Edward in 1995.
Born in Milwaukee, WI on October 22, 1953, Phil was a loving husband and a devoted father. He especially enjoyed watching his boys play sports and spending time with his family including his dog, Captain.
Calling hours will be 4 to 7 pm on Thursday, August 2, 2007 at Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home, 55 East Main St., Wappingers Falls, NY 12590.
Funeral Services will be at 10:00 am on Friday, August 3, 2007 at the Funeral Home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
