It is with my deepest sympathy to hear about Jim's death. We were co-managers until I left the Poughkeepsie area in 1991. We shared so much together at work. He was a great individual!

Lynda - Please know (as I'm sure you do) that Jim has touched so many lives. He was one of the kindest men I have ever met. I recruited with him at Purdue, and when I was new to the team (many years ago), he took me under his wing, made sure I knew what to do, where to stay, everything I would need. I always looked forward to seeing him on our trips. He was always with a smile, and genuine warmth. I'm going to miss him, but know for sure that he has taken the fasttrack to Heaven.

Lynda, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Jim was a great guy that I served with on the Purdue IBM team. I will certainly miss him. We will raise a toast to him next year on campus. He will be missed by the students as well. I had someone ask about him this last fall.
