What a gracious lady Eleanor was. We were very sorry to hear of her passing. My husband and I both worked at Chemical Rubber/Chemprene for 34 yrs. My husband Hilary worked for Edward in the pilot lab around 1970 for 15 years until he went to work in the sales department. I myself worked for Edward as the Quality Control Manager in the Testing Laboratory from 1965 to the day he retired. Hilary and I met Eleanor for the first time at a company function with Ed. I fell in love with her. We both loved music so we always had something to talk about. Over the years we would see Eleanor at many functions with Ed.
Everyone always had so much. I can see Edward and Eleanor dancing like it was yerterday. Hilary and I eventually retired from Chemprene due to health problems. We talk sometimes about the "good old days" at Chemprene remembering the people we laughed, cried, and worked with. Personally I remember a lot of the banquets and award dinners where you got to meet employee spouce's like Eleanor. She was a wonderful lady who always had a hug for me. Hilary and I will always remember Chemical Rubber/Chemprene and people we met along the way like Edward and Eleanor. God Bless
