To Bill and family, I am deeply sorry over Barbara’s death. Even though I have lost contact with her all the years, I have fond memories of her and of our many conversations. Many years ago while I was an adult student at DC Community College, Barbara was very helpful to me with enrollment and other procedures . Recent years, we would meet up at our hairdresser’s shop and discuss food and her garden. May Barbara Rest In Peace.
