Tony,
I was saddended at the news of your Dad's death. He must have been a wonderful Dad judging by the way you turned out. Words are helpful now but only over time will the saddeness and hurt go away.

Dear Fernandes Family,
Sending your family my sincere condolences. I know you don't remember me but I recognized Tony from the obituaries. I went to St. Lucy's & graduated in 1975. I remember Tony so well like it was yesterday. He was good friends with my parents (Rose & Jerry Cecere) & was very well liked by them. Always happy & smiling. I've lived in Hopewell Junction now for the last 10 years after moving north from Yonkers to Cortlandt Manor. My parents still live in Yonkers. Again, I am so sorry for your loss. He was a wonderful man who I never forgot.
