Obituary of Adam R. Morey

Adam R. Morey Adam R. Morey of the Town of Fishkill died on Friday, January 19, 2007 at his home with his family. He was 10. Son of the late Manuel A. and Tina Koehler Morey, he was born on June 5, 1996 in Poughkeepsie. He was most recently a student at Brinckerhoff Elementary School in Fishkill. Adam loved his family and life itself. He had a love for basketball. Adam was always the jokester of the crowd. He loved being outdoors with his brothers, especially ATV-ing on weekends with their dad. Survivors include his grandparents, Arlene and Rafael Cortez of Walden, Manuel "Tony" Morey, Jr. of Wappingers Falls and Donald Koehler of Illinois; great-grandparents, Manuel Morey, Sr. and Martha F. Miller; and many great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and friends. A memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, February 3, 2007 at Fishkill Baptist Church, 107 Route 82, Fishkill, New York 12524, with Pastor Bob Eckler and Rev. Sandra Mantz officiating.
