Obituary of Christine J. Oliva

Christine J. Oliva, a lifelong resident of Fishkill, entered into rest Monday, January 5, 2015 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. She was 71. Daughter of the late Vincent Charles and Filippa Moscato Ciccarello, she was born February 24, 1943 in Tampa, Florida. On June 19, 1963 she married Joseph A. Oliva, Sr. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Mount Vernon, New York. Mr. Oliva preceded her in death on May 3, 2009. She is survived by her son, Joseph A. Oliva, Jr. and wife, Carmen of Wappingers Falls; her daughter, Nicole F. Oliva of Fishkill; and her daughter, Michelle F. White of Maryville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Ashley T. White and Natalie N. White of Maryville, Tennessee; Cody T. Oliva of Beacon, Justin A. Oliva of Wappingers Falls, Alyson R. Oliva of Provo, Utah, Dominic Oliva of Beacon and Courtney Dinan of Beacon. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her sons, Stephen E. Oliva and Christian G. Oliva.
