It is clear that Dick was a wonderful family man as well as a model citizen, and I know that he will be sorely missed. I can still picture Dick and Shirley sitting together in church each Sunday, bestowing friendly smiles on everyone. When my mother moved here in 1997, Dick and Shirley were among those who made her feel most welcome. My sincerest condolences to the entire Stanton family. You are all in my thought and prayers.

Dear Rick and Diane,
We were saddend to hear of you Dads passing. We remember him fondly at your wedding and could see the joy on his face that knowing you both were going to spend the rest of your lives together. I know Rick that he especially missed your mother that day and now he is with the love of his life again.
