Paul D. Lignelli
Paul D. Lignelli, a resident of the Town of Poughkeepsie, entered into rest, Saturday, June 6, 2009 at Albany Memorial Hospital. He was 75.
Son of the late Patsy and Phyllis Miller Lignelli, he was born October 29, 1933 in Hartford, Connecticut. Paul proudly served his country during the Korean War in the United States Army. He married the former Audrey Erwood Luck on July 19, 1972 in the Town of LaGrange. Mrs. Lignelli survives at home in Poughkeepsie.
Paul worked in Quality Assurance Management in IBM and later worked part-time at Brookstone in Poughkeepsie. He was formerly involved in the IBM Bowling League. Paul was a member of Zion Episcopal Church in Wappingers Falls where he was very active.
In addition to his wife, Audrey E. Lignelli, he is survived by his children, Michael T. Luck of Seal Cove, Maine, Stephen T. Luck and his wife, Amy L. of Cornwall, New York and Kimberly A. Mesuda and her companion Khoi Ho of San Jose, California; his sister, Patricia Tobey of Farmington, Connecticut; his four grandchildren, Shane, Colin, Carina and Shannon and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive their friends on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Zion Episcopal Church, Saterlee Place, Wappingers Falls. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Paul's name may be made to Zion Episcopal Church, 12 Saterlee Place, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590.
