Though it has been over a quarter-century since I last saw Mr. Brittenham in person, I remember his presence as if it was yesterday. I remember listening to him play the organ at Our Savior's Lutheran which I attended in the early '70s. I remember listening to music thru those incredible speakers he and his brother built. (if I remember correctly...) And later in my career, I would find myself coding in PL/S late into the night. Yes, Mr. Brittenham certainly touched my life in both direct and indirect ways which I will never forget. He was one of the most serene and sincere people that I have ever met.
We send out our prayers to Mrs. Brittenham and all the Brittenhams.
Best regards, Dave and Jo.

Dear Mrs. Brittenham, my dear old friend Dave and others in the Brittenham clan... my sincerest condolences to the family for your great loss. Growing up in the old days I can still recall the wonderful music resounding from your home, and the memories from being a close friend of Dave. I do believe God now has a new organist in the clouds, and is quite happy with the new "sounds of music" now at his side! Mr. B was fortunate to have such a wonderful family & live such a long life to enjoy y'all. Just keep in mind that he is now in a better place, and he will always be with you. Keep the memories. ;o)
My thoughts are with you all.
Love,
Bill Eibsen
PS - my parents just called me last night to give me the news, so apologies for the delay in my sending this note.

Dear Dave, Carolyn, Katy and family, we're very sad at your loss and send our prayers and thoughts to all of you. We remember meeting your father on your wedding day, and what a kind, gentlemanly person he was. And what he accomplished in his life! We can only wish to do the same. Love to you, Ian & Anne.

Dear Mrs. Brittenham, David, Peter, Mark, Paul and Julie and all the spouses and grandkids,
Our hearts are broken at this time of loss for you all. I have many fond memories of Mr. B. He always enjoyed his easy chair to enjoy life. Mrs. B was the love of his life. There was never a time that I didn't see them holding hands with each other as they walked the neighborhood in Hillis Terrace. Mr. B, You are now in the BEST hands you could possibly be in. The GREAT Physician. I'll never forget you! To the family, Cherish the Memories and don't ever forget to say I love you and part with a hug and kiss because life is SO fragile. Laugh much and love often. Wish we could be there at this time. Julie knows. HUGS out to you all.
