Obituary of Ann Colletti

Ann Colletti Ann Colletti, a resident of the Town of Poughkeepsie, entered into rest, Saturday, July 14, 2007 at the home of her daughter in Wappingers Falls. She was 90. Daughter of the late Rocco and Phyllis Mastrota DeLorenzo, she was born April 21, 1917 in Manhattan. She married Salvo Colletti on September 21, 1952 in Pelham Bay. Mr. Colletti, preceded her in death on February 3, 2003. Ann was a parishioner of Regina Coeli Church in Hyde Park. Prior to her retirement she worked for many years as a retail clerk in Westchester County. Survivors include her daughter, Natalie Lasher and her husband, Richard of Wappingers Falls; her grandchildren, Jason DeLuca of Hoboken, New Jersey, Christopher DeLuca of Boston, Massachusetts and Ryan Lasher of Wappingers Falls. In addition to her husband, Salvo Colletti, she was predeceased by her brothers, Nick and John DeLorenzo and her sisters, Lucy DeLorenzo and Margaret Galante. Family will receive their friends on Tuesday, July 17, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home, 55 East Main St., Wappingers Falls, NY, 12590. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 am on Wednesday, July 18 at St. Columba Church, 852 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Putnam Valley.
