Obituary of Howard L. Judd

Howard L. Judd Howard L. Judd, a resident of Poughkeepsie and formerly of Texas, entered into rest March 25, 2006 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. He was 77. Son of the late Hugh Harold Judd and Elizabeth Haynes Judd, he was born August 3, 1928 in Roscoe, Texas. Howard served his country during the Korean War. He graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Before his retirement, Howard was a self-employed Computer Programmer. He was also active volunteering with Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Survivors include his daughters, Victoria Judd Elabd and her husband, Hesham of Saudi Arabia and Kristin Judd Maresca and her husband, Ralph of Poughkeepsie; his sister, Mary Alice Ellis of Elephant Butte, New Mexico; his two grandchildren, Adam Elabd and Jackson Maresca; two nieces and one nephew. Burial of Ashes will be 10 am on Wednesday, March 29 at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
