Obituary of Lee Pearce

Lee Pearce, who resided at Greystone Programs Staatsburg IRA in Staatsburg, New York together with his extended family of Kevin, Jon, Juan, Steven, Willie, and Eric as well as devoted staff that provided him with exceptional care, entered peacefully into rest on Sunday, April 20, 2014. He was 56. To know Lee is to know love in its purest sense. Lee had a smile, a hug and a friendly word for everyone. He loved to dance, no matter the music. Lee was a gentle, yet strong man sure of what mattered to him. He was the 1999 winner of the Elizabeth Kelley Memorial Award and the 2005 Holiday cards HOHOHO Artist of the year. He brought joy to each encounter; he spread sunshine every day and loved life to the fullest.
