Obituary of Linda A. Tasch

Linda A. Tasch of Wappingers Falls entered into rest Saturday, August 17, 2024 at home. She was 71.

Daughter of the late Richard and Elizabeth Sisca, she was born on August 20, 1952 in New York City.

Linda worked and retired from Metro North after 28 years of service.

Survivors include her children, Steven (Kelly) Tasch and Annette (Justin) Martin; sisters, Annette Adams and Theresa Jacobs; and beloved grandchildren, Emma Tasch, Mila Martin, Ryan Tasch and Frankie Martin.

She was predeceased by the father of her children, Frank Tasch.

There was nothing she enjoyed more than being with her grandchildren, celebrating the holidays and cooking for her family.

Family will receive their friends on Friday, August 23, 2024 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home, 55 E. Main Street in Wappingers Falls. A funeral service will be held at the conclusion of visitation at 5:30 p.m.
