Bill was the absolute best. From the moment I met him, he and Kathy made me feel like family. Forever grateful to have called Bill my boss, mentor, and most of all my friend. Rest In Peace Bill, you are so loved and missed.

I first met Bill when Scott moved up from Little League to Senior League baseball in the Town of Wappinger. He helped us coach the team for three years. What a great guy. And lots of laughs. He was always enthusiastic and positive. Fun to be with. This loss really hurts.

How do we describe Bill? Husband, Father, Grandfather, Friend, Businessman, Patriot and Sportsman.
I have known Bill for over 35 years and knew him to be an honest and sincere person.
In our relationship, his word was his bond. His work ethic epitomized the American spirit.
Starting from a humble beginning to managing and owning, with Kathy and Scott, one of the largest and most successful landscaping business in the tr-state area, he found and lived the American dream.
My sincere condolences to Kathy, Scott, April and the rest of the Neave family.
Bill, I will miss you --Peter Olympia

Billy was my friend. We met after he quit Con Edison to start his incredible business.
I had “ Lawn Doctor “ a lawn care company.
Billy asked me for advice before stating his business. Guy was our neighbor. His wife a wonderful lady. I’m so sorry about his loss.
