Obituary of Francine M. Cisneros

Francine M. Cisneros, a fourteen year resident of Dutchess County and formerly of Yonkers, entered into rest Thursday, February 25, 2021. She was 81. Daughter of the late Frank and Rose LaBarbera, she was born September 8, 1939 in the Bronx. On December 14, 1958 she married Joseph Cisneros in the Bronx. Mr. Cisneros survives at home. In addition to her husband, survivors include her children, Joseph Anthony, Michael John and Jennifer Ann; as well as her seven grandchildren. Family will receive their friends on Monday, March 1, 2021 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home, 55 East Main Street, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday, March 2 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, 11 Clinton Street in Wappingers Falls. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Wappingers Falls. In compliance with NYS guidelines, wearing masks and social distancing are required and capacity is limited.
