Obituary of Kathleen A. Dolan

Kathleen Dolan died peacefully on May 24, 2019 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.

Kathy Dolan nee McLeer, loving wife, devoted mother, doting grandmother and loyal friend.  Born in the Bronx in 1944 to Edward & Catherine McLeer.  Kathy was a student at Mother Butler Memorial High School and St. Helena's Business School.  She graduated in 1963.  Married Richie, the love of her life on June 5,1982.  She was a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary.  Kathy's passions included cooking, gardening, decorating and above all being a mother and grandmother.  She leaves behind her six children Denis, Michael, Timothy, Kathleen, Scott and William.  Kathy was predeceased by her parents, her sister Virginia and brothers Philip & Eugene last of six children.  Her surviving siblings Alice and Geraldine.  Survivors also include her daughter in law Kimberly and grandchildren Brianna, Denis, Samantha, Paige, Halee, Matthew, Alexander, Nicholas and Ethan. 

Family will receive friends on Saturday, June 1, 2019 from 12 noon to 2 p.m. at Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home. A funeral service will held at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
