Dearest Aunt Linda,
I will forever cherish my weekly piano lessons, slumber parties at your New Paltz apt. complete with Jack-in-the- Box fish sandwiches, tagging along on your dates with Ed, the many "at request" astrology and numerology readings, your (without fail) yearly Birthday and Christmas cards, impromptu visits at the Homestead, and most precious of all our weekly phone chats.
You were the coolest most caring Aunt ever.

I am very sorry to learn of Linda's passing. I was friends with her in high school. I am so glad I had the opportunity to chat and catch up with her at one of reunion get togethers last year.

I was shocked and so, so sad to hear that Linda passed away. We helped each other celebrate our birthdays this year, and when I saw Linda in late August, she still had the same sense of humor and youthful enthusiasm for life that she had when we were in high school. Rest in peace, good friend!

I am truly sorry for your loss. When we are faced with unbearable pain, we can find comfort in the hope found in the Bible. God promises to comfort us in all our trials. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) He promises that those who have fallen asleep in death will have the prospect of living forever in paradise. “And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection.“ (Acts 24:15) There will be a resurrection, and those who are brought back will not worry about sickness, pain, or death. (Revelation 21:4) May this hope comfort your greiving hearts at this difficult time.
