Obituary of Stephen D. Badalamente

Stephen Dennis Badalamente, 23, of Wappingers Falls, passed away Monday, January 6, 2014. Born in Mount Vernon, New York on January 22, 1990, he was the son of Stephen Badalamente and Theresa Caputo and step father, Christopher Caputo. Stephen was a graduate of Roy C. Ketcham High School. An avid ESPN watcher, he was a lover of sports and fitted hats. He had the most infectious laugh and beautiful smile. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his two loving sisters, Stephanie and Mia; his maternal grandmother, Marie Mancuso; his paternal grandfather, Stephen Badalamente; and was loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Stephen was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Dennis Brooker and paternal grandmother, Mary Alice Badalamente. His wonderful spirit, joy and talents will be celebrated on Thursday, January 9, 2014 from 3 to 9 p.m. at Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home, 55 East Main Street, Wappingers Falls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 1 p.m. on Friday, January 10 at St. Mary's Church, 11 Clinton Street, Wappingers Falls. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Wappingers Falls.
