Obituary of Minerva M. Toth

Minerva M. Toth, a resident of Dobbs Ferry and formerly of Wappingers Falls, entered into rest Thursday, July 4, 2013 at Cabrini of Westchester. She was 86. Daughter of the late Curtis and Sadie Farmer Hood, she was born on January 8, 1927 in Lubec, Maine. Minerva is survived by her children, Stephanie J. Toth Hayes, Steven C. Toth, Kevin R. Toth, Thomas J. Toth and Ronald D. Toth; her seventeen grandchildren; her twenty eight great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Sharon Morrison and her twelve sisters and brothers. Family will receive friends on Sunday, July 7 from 2 to 6 p.m. at Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home, 55 East Main Street, Wappingers Falls. The funeral service will be held on Monday, July 8 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Fishkill Rural Cemetery, Route 9, Fishkill.
