Obituary of Margaret M. Link

Margaret M. "Megg" Link Margaret M. "Megg" Link, a beloved wife, mother, daughter and sister, entered into rest Sunday, November 2, 2008 at Northern Dutchess Hospital, Rhinebeck. She was 49. Daughter of Elizabeth Daly Lewis of Wappingers Falls and the late Robert K. Lewis, she was born August 4, 1959 in Boston, Massachusetts. Megg married Albert Link. Mr. Link survives at home in Pine Plains. Megg graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and went on to earn her Masters Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. She was a Therapist in the Hudson Valley. In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by her son Austen Link of Pine Plains; her brothers Kevin Lewis and his wife, Theresa of Dudley, Massachusetts and Bob Lewis and his wife, Linda of Danbury, Connecticut; her sister, Anne Sapiro and her husband, Len of Woodstock, New York and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 am on Thursday, November 6, 2008 at St. Mary's Church, Clinton Street, Wappingers Falls. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Megg's honor may be made to Smile Train, 41 Madison Avenue, 28th Floor, New York, New York 10010.
